Abdul Aziz Marabahan. The methods used were observation and documentation during an internship at the Health Information Unit (Unit KIR) in January 2025. The findings indicate that the release workflow begins with receiving an official request letter from the authorized agency (police), followed by examination by a physician, drafting by medical records staff, verification and signing by the responsible physician and the Hospital Director, and final delivery exclusively to authorized parties. The main requirements include an official request letter, patient identification, and supporting documents. Obstacles encountered include illegible handwriting by physicians, lack of firmness in police collection of results, and delays in signing when specialist physicians are unavailable. The conclusion shows that the procedure is conducted in accordance with Standard Operating Procedure No. 445/010/XII/MRMIK-RSUD/2022, but improvements in coordination and a more comprehensive SOP are needed. Recommendations include refining the SOP, enhancing inter-party communication, and providing administrative training to make the information release process more effective and compliant with regulations
Muhammad Rashif Anshari Cindy Natasya ##submission.copyrightStatement## 2025-04-30 2025-04-30 7 1 13 19 10.52674/jkikt.v7i1.223 Centrifuge Modification Equipped With Arduino-Based Centrifuge Imbalane Detection System https://www.jurnal.polanka.ac.id/index.php/JKIKT/article/view/207
In the laboratory, a device is needed that is able to separate suspended particles in liquids according to their particle size and density. Centrifuge is the separation of blood and other body fluids such as urine, in certain cases it is necessary to separate its constituent components to facilitate the examination process. Centrifugation balance is a critical aspect of its operation. Mass imbalances in the rotor can cause vibration, excessive noise, and even damage to the tool. Therefore, the development of a centrifugation imbalance detection system is an important step to identify and address imbalances. Rotation imbalances can result in sample holder rupture, centrifuge damage, and sample contamination. The factors that affect the rotational balance and vibration of the centrifuge are the balance of the sample position and the number of samples.

The method used in the research is Research and Development. Recent studies have elucidated the mechanisms of action of turmeric and its bioactive components. The primary polyphenolic compound naturally present in Curcuma longa rhizomes is curcumin (1,7-bis(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-1,6-heptadiene-3,5-dione), also known as diferuloylmethane. In Asian countries, Curcuma longa has been traditionally employed as an herbal remedy due to its well-documented antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antimutagenic, antimicrobial, and anticancer properties. While yellow turmeric (Curcuma longa) is widely recognized as a primary source of curcumin, another variety white turmeric (Curcuma zedoaria) remains understudied and underutilized despite its potential therapeutic value. This study aimed to compare the curcumin content between yellow turmeric (Curcuma longa) and white turmeric (Curcuma zedoaria) through Soxhlet extraction followed by visible spectrophotometric analysis. Samples of both species were collected from Probolinggo, Indonesia, and evaluated for their potential as alternative curcumin sources. Quantitative analysis revealed curcumin concentrations of 74104,4±4745,97 mg/mL in yellow turmeric and 265,37±21,25 mg/mL in white turmeric, demonstrating Curcuma longa's superior curcumin yield. The recommendation of this study is to strengthen digital infrastructure and continuous training for health workers to maximize the use of EMR.
Andry Rachmadani Nila Trisna Yulianti Dewi Ari Sasanti Heni Elmiani Sari Pradea Wulandari ##submission.copyrightStatement## 2025-04-30 2025-04-30 7 1 149 156 10.52674/jkikt.v7i1.238 Formulasi Dan Evaluasi Sediaan Face Mist Dari Ekstrak Mentimun (Cucumis sativus L.) Untuk Mencegah Kulit Kering https://www.jurnal.polanka.ac.id/index.php/JKIKT/article/view/191
Cucumber (Cucumis Sativus L.) is from the cucumber gourd tribe and contains vitamins such as vitamins A and C which can cure acne. Face mist is included in skin freshening cosmetics (freshner). The main function of a freshener is to freshen facial skin, remove residual oil from the skin that may still be there, as well as a mild disinfectant and at the same time it can help close the pores again. This research uses the maceration method with 96% ethanol solvent. The resulting extract is made into a face mist preparation, phytochemical screening and evaluation tests are carried out including organoleptic tests, pH meter tests, spray spreadability tests, spray condition tests, homogeneity tests, viscosity tests and dry time tests so that the concentration of a good face mist preparation can be determined. The research results showed that cucumber (Cucumis sativus L.) powder and extract contained flavonoids, phenolics and saponins. The results of the formulation showed that formulation I with an extract weight of 1 gram produced a yellow color, pH 5.04, viscosity 1.95 cP. Formula II with an extract weight of 3 grams produces a light brown color, pH 4.83, viscosity 4.3 cP. Formulation III weighing 5 grams produces

brown color, pH 4.78, viscosity 6.5 cP. Formula IV with a weight of 7 grams produces a dark brown color, pH 4.71, viscosity 4.15 cP, the four formulas produce good evaluation tests for spray power, dry time, homogeneity and spray spreadability. The results of the evaluation test of the four formulations of Formula II were the best formula.

Keywords : Extract, Face mist, Cucumber (Cucumis sativus L.)
Lulu Ulpu Adah Siti Nur Hikmah Indah Shaliha ##submission.copyrightStatement## 2025-04-30 2025-04-30 7 1 157 166 10.52674/jkikt.v7i1.191 STUDI DESKRIPTIF PELAKSANAAN SENSUS HARIAN RAWAT INAP RUMAH SAKIT BHAYANGKARA TINGKAT III HOEGENG IMAN SANTOSO BANJARMASIN https://www.jurnal.polanka.ac.id/index.php/JKIKT/article/view/240
Inaccurate filling of the daily inpatient census impacts the discrepancy in the hospital's performance (statistics). This study aims to examine the daily inpatient census at Bhayangkara Level III Hospital Hoegeng Iman Santoso Banjarmasin. This research uses a qualitative study with a descriptive approach, collecting data through observation and interviews. The subjects of this study are 7 individuals, including the Head of the Medical Records Unit, the Head of the Care Room, and IT staff. The results show that the implementation of the daily inpatient census involves one person responsible for each care room, while the daily census recap is performed by one person from the medical records department. The quality of census officers has been enhanced through training and socialization on how to manually fill out the inpatient daily census. The last education of the medical record staff responsible for the daily inpatient census recap is a DIII in medical records. The daily manual census recap is done using Microsoft Excel. The machine used for the daily inpatient census meets the needs of the staff. Additionally, there is a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for the manual daily census, but none for the SIMRS daily census. The implementation of the manual inpatient daily census does not fully comply with the hospital's SOP, as some staff inconsistently record the census for more than 24 hours. Materials used include Microsoft Excel with a daily census format created by the head of the medical records unit.
Nirma Yunita Aus Al Anhar Eka Rahma Ningsih ##submission.copyrightStatement## 2025-04-30 2025-04-30 7 1 141 148 10.52674/jkikt.v7i1.240 FAKTOR RISIKO KEJADIAN DIARE PADA BALITA DI PUSKESMAS P BANJARMASIN https://www.jurnal.polanka.ac.id/index.php/JKIKT/article/view/244
Diarrhea remains a leading cause of morbidity and mortality among toddlers, especially in developing countries like Indonesia. This study aimed to describe the incidence of diarrhea and its associated risk factors among toddlers in the working area of P Public Health Center, Banjarmasin. A descriptive study with a cross-sectional approach was used. A total of 265 toddlers were selected using total sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and observation and analyzed descriptively. Results showed that the prevalence of diarrhea was 2.39%. Most toddlers were aged 1–12 months (30.57%). The most dominant risk factor was poor handwashing behavior (52%), followed by inadequate sanitation and unsafe water access (48%). Exclusive breastfeeding was not found to be a risk factor among diarrhea cases. These findings indicate that hygiene behavior and environmental sanitation play crucial roles in preventing diarrhea. Health workers should provide educational and promotive interventions to raise public awareness about personal and environmental hygiene.
Muhammad Mukhlis Solehin Nirma Yunita ##submission.copyrightStatement## 2025-07-31 2025-07-31 7 1 166 170 10.52674/jkikt.v7i1.244 ANALISIS JEJARING FARMAKOLOGI SENYAWA METABOLIT SEKUNDER DAUN SUNGKAI (Peronema canescens) TERHADAP JALUR NF-κB DAN IL-6 DALAM PERADANGAN KRONIS https://www.jurnal.polanka.ac.id/index.php/JKIKT/article/view/243
The potential of Peronema canescens (sungkai) leaf as a natural anti-inflammatory agent is increasingly studied due to its abundant secondary metabolites. This study aimed to investigate the interaction of sungkai leaf compounds with inflammation-related targets, especially NF-κB and IL-6, using pharmacological network analysis. Compounds were obtained from databases and literature, then analyzed through SwissTargetPrediction. The targets were visualized using String to identify networks between bioactive compounds and key inflammatory pathways. Results showed that flavonoids and terpenoids in sungkai interact with targets that regulate NF-κB and IL-6 signaling. The network also revealed key nodes such as TNF, IL1B, and MAPK8 as central mediators. These findings indicate that sungkai leaves have potential as a multi-target anti-inflammatory agent through modulation of inflammatory networks. Further validation through in vitro and in vivo studies is recommended.
Blegoh Iwan Santoso Muhammad Zaini ##submission.copyrightStatement## 2025-04-30 2025-04-30 7 1 171 178 10.52674/jkikt.v7i1.243
